Total peace of mind

Your stuff. Our space.

You are not really paying for a steel box — you are paying to stop worrying about where your things are. That is what the gate, the cameras and the locked doors are for.

On site

A gate you have to come through

The yard is not open ground. Access is controlled through a security gate, and the site is covered by CCTV, so a container standing here is not a container standing anywhere.

  • Controlled access through a security gate
  • CCTV coverage across the site
  • Your unit stays closed and locked between visits
The unit

A steel box that closes properly

A shipping container is built to cross an ocean on a deck. The doors seal against weather, the walls are corrugated steel, and the locking bars are the same ones that hold a load together at sea.

  • Wind and watertight steel construction
  • Weather seals on the door edges
  • Full-height vertical locking bars
  • Marine plywood floor on steel cross-members

What we offer

Three things, done properly

This is the whole offering — no upsells, no services we do not actually run.

    6 m & 12 m Storage Containers

We rent out 6 m and 12 m storage containers on our Kroondal site. Both are standard shipping containers: solid steel, weather-sealed doors and a timber floor, so what you put in comes out the way it went in.

    • 6 m unit — about 13.9 m² of floor
    • 12 m unit — about 28.3 m² of floor
    • Full-width doors for loading off a vehicle
    • Wind and watertight

    Security Gate & CCTV

Access to the yard is through a security gate, and the site is covered by CCTV. Storage is only worth having if you are not thinking about it — that is what the gate and the cameras are for.

    • Controlled access through a security gate
    • CCTV coverage on site
    • Your unit stays locked and closed
    • Your stuff, our space, total peace of mind

    Short & Long Term Rentals

Some people need a container for a few weeks between properties; others keep one for years. We rent on both terms, so you are not signing up for longer than the job actually needs.

    • Short-term rental for moves and renovations
    • Long-term rental for ongoing storage
    • Extend when plans change
    • R1 000 per month for a 6 m unit, R2 000 for a 12 m
How it works

What happens after you get in touch

The same four steps whether you need a unit for six weeks or six years.

  1. Tell us what you need to store

Phone or WhatsApp us with a rough idea of what is going in and how long you need it for. If you are not sure which size fits, describe the load and we will tell you.

  2. We confirm a unit and a rate

We check what is available in the size you need and come back to you with the rate and the terms in writing.

  3. Choose your term

Short term for a move or a renovation, long term for ongoing storage. You are not locked into more than the job needs.

  4. Move in

Bring your things to the site and load straight into the unit through the full-width doors. Then it sits behind the gate, under camera, until you need it.
